Captain Glasgow returned in the centre of the park with the Jamaican front pairing of Dickens and Atkinson. A bare bench had just Neesome and Doherty ready to join the action.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div>Joes struck first, Harry’s Sunday league target Ian Kenyon striking a sizzling shot into the top left hand corner. Had it been anywhere else then Carlowe would have stopped it. The Sky Blues bounced back instantly, Dickens running the ball straight from the centre spot through the whole Coconut Joes team before banging it into the back of the net.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div>Despite low numbers, Harry’s kept the momentum going with regular changes. It was leading scorer Atkinson who gave Harry’s the lead after eighteen minutes. Battling a Joes defender off the ball, his sheer determination gave him the opportunity to squeeze the ball inside the keeper’s near post.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div>When the half time whistle sounded, it was a welcome relief for Harry’s, especially as seconds before Coen saw yellow for a structure violation. The half had flown by and Harry’s held the slender lead.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div>Harry’s started slowly in the second half as Joes started to use their vast amount of subs to their advantage while the Sky Blues started to tire. Keeper Carlowe had himself a senior moment when he mistakingly picked the ball up outside the area. He argued his defence by blaming the number of lines on the pitch, and was fortunate to escape the punishment of a card. However the team were made to pay as Joes took the kick early and fired the ball home whilst Harry’s were still trying to organise.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div>Joes continued to press and a fast break caught Harry’s defensively off guard and the opposition once more moved ahead. Harry’s however battled back and just minutes later Coen managed to fire home a low shot from the edge of the area. Camera replays showed that he was outside the area when he got the vital touch. It was to be the youngster’s last involvement as he then turned on his ankle and had to leave the field in some discomfort.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div>Meanwhile Holian seemed to be also getting in the wars. After being smacked in the face with the ball whilst blocking a shot, he then was elbowed in the ribs in a challenge which left him struggling for air. However the lack of numbers saw the old soldier battle on to the end.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div>Harry’s broke up the remaining time with a well earned time out, and then were able to battle out the remaining minutes to earn a deserved point.
